Following the resignation of Prof. Dr. Atakan Öztürk as Dean of the Faculty of Forestry at Artvin Çoruh University, Prof. Dr. Mehmet Yavuz was appointed as Acting Dean of the Faculty.

During the handover ceremony, Acting Dean Prof. Dr. Mehmet Yavuz presented a certificate of appreciation to Prof. Dr. Atakan Öztürk, acknowledging his exceptional leadership, dedication, and invaluable contributions during his tenure as Dean.
