As part of our faculty's accreditation preparation process, Prof. Dr. Murat Demir, a faculty member at Istanbul University-Cerrahpaşa Forestry Faculty, delivered a presentation titled "The Benefits, Expectations, and Disadvantages of Accreditation in Engineering Education."

The presentation, held online on July 18, 2024, was attended by our faculty members. During the presentation, detailed information was provided on the necessary steps before and during the accreditation application process, including the criteria and content of the accreditation process. Following the presentation, discussions were held on the steps to be taken in our faculty's accreditation process (such as curriculum, infrastructure, etc.) and the strengths and weaknesses of our faculty.
